REFINED SUNFLOWER OIL

Refined sunflower oil is the most popular of the seed oils and is obtained from sunflower seeds.

With a fluid texture at room temperature, refined sunflower oil is a yellow oil with a slightly sweet taste. It has a maximum acidity of 0.2º.

Thanks to its mild flavour, refined sunflower oil is used to make sauces, mayonnaise, pastries, margarine and for light frying.

✓ Best before date is 12 months after the product packaging date.

✓ Store in closed containers in cool, dry places, avoiding direct or indirect exposure to sunlight and odorous materials.
