ORGANIC MILD OLIVE OIL

Organic mild olive oil is a popular organic olive oil, it has a great performance in frying. Obtained from the mixture of a greater quantity of organic refined oil and a smaller quantity of organic virgin olive oil.

With a fluid texture at room temperature, organic mild olive oil is a yellowish oil with a much milder flavour than other organic olive oils. It has a maximum acidity of 0.4ºC.

Thanks to its characteristics, organic mild olive oil is ideal for making organic products, such as mayonnaise and other sauces, fried foods, stews and even for making organic pastries.

Made from refined olive oil and top quality virgin olive oil, ideal for stews and frying foods due to its slight acidity.

Oil from organic farming in accordance with EU Regulations (834/2007, 889/2008 and subsequent amendments).
