Mild olive oil is one of the most popular olive oils, and is the most widely used in Spain due to its excellent performance in frying. Obtained by mixing a larger quantity of refined oil and a smaller quantity of virgin olive oil.

With a fluid texture at room temperature, mild olive oil is a yellowish oil with a much milder flavour than other olive oils. It has a maximum acidity of 0.4ºC.

Thanks to its characteristics, mild olive oil is ideal for making sauces, such as mayonnaise, fried foods, stews and even for making pastries.

 

 It is recommended to store it in a cool, dry place and consume it within 12 months.

 Absence of allergenic ingredients according to current legislation.

 This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).

 This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
