Refined high oleic sunflower oil is rich in oleic acid which improves the cooking of food. Popular among catering professionals thanks to its greater stability for use in cooking food. Obtained from selected sunflower seeds with a high percentage of fatty acids, thanks to which it is resistant and stable at high temperatures, reaching a smoke point of 200º C.
With a fluid texture at room temperature, refined high oleic sunflower oil is a yellow oil with a mild flavour. It has a maximum acidity of 0.3º.
Thanks to its mild flavour, organic refined sunflower oil is used in catering and in the food industry to make bread, biscuits, cakes and pastries.
