High oleic sunflower oil 60% contains a minimum of 60% oleic acid. Popular among catering professionals for its greater stability for cooking food. Obtained from selected sunflower seeds with a high percentage of fatty acids, thanks to which it is resistant and stable at high temperatures, reaching a smoke point of 200º C.

With a fluid texture at room temperature, 60% high oleic sunflower oil is a yellow oil with a mild flavour. It has a maximum acidity of 0.3º.

Thanks to its mild flavour, organic sunflower oil is used in catering and in the food industry to make bread, biscuits, cakes and pastries.

Mixture of 60% refined sunflower oil with high oleic acid content and 40% refined sunflower oil.

 Best before date is 12 months after the product’s manufacturing date.

 Store in closed containers in cool, dry places, avoiding direct or indirect exposure to sunlight and odorous materials.

 Absence of allergenic ingredients according to current legislation.

 This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).

 This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
