Extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety is pure juice from the highest quality Picual variety olives, at their optimum point of ripeness. Obtained through centrifugation processes and not subjected to refining processes. It is the highest quality oil, in which the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the olives remain intact.

It is the most popular variety of olive oil in the world.

With a fluid texture at room temperature, extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety is an oil with a uniform appearance and a very persistent bitterness thanks to the antioxidants and polyphenols it contains. It has a maximum acidity of 0.8ºC. It has a high oleic acid content.

Thanks to its characteristics, extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety is ideal for use in dressings and in cooking for stews or meat casseroles.

 It is recommended to store it in a cool, dry place and consume it within 12 months.
